RETURNS POLICY - UK


14 DAYS RETURN GUARANTEE

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase in our shop, you may simply return the item within 14 days of your possession. You always retain the option to return purchased goods within the aforementioned period, granted the products in question have not been worn and/or used, and you pack them in their original packaging. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund back to your bank account.

If you are shipping goods back to us from UK, please follow the instructions as stated below:

What you'll need:

- product(s) you wish to return in original condition (not used, with tags and original packaging)

- this printed FORM for returning

- invoice (not required)

- an authorised RETURN LABEL issued and sent to you on your request by our warehouse - this way you'll PAY ONLY LOCAL POSTAGE ON RETURN! ;)

How should you proceed?

  1. Write us what you wish to return by e-mail at store@metal-shop.eu and ask for a RETURN LABEL - we will email it back to you
  2. Put the product in a box and wrap it properly
  3. Print, fill in and attach the completed RETURN FORM
  4. Attach the LABEL to the package - it shall be well visible and not covered with tape or other stickers!
  5. Send the complete package to the address printed on the LABEL via courier or the post service - you may choose

Terms:

- You have the right to return purchased products without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of products

- The possibility of return within 14 days applies only to products purchased at our online shop

- You can only return intact, unused, undamaged products, which will be able to be sold again

- We prefer products to be returned in the original package

- The returned products must be accompanied by a fully completed FORM

- Pack the products so as to avoid damage during shipment

- All packages should be sent only by a courier or the post service

- According to the law we are entitled to reimbursement of the costs that we incur for the opportunity to resell the products (dry, tags, damaged products or packaging, etc.).

- You partlially bear the cost of returning items back to us

 

Unfortunately, if you fail to fulfill any of these conditions, your refund application will not be granted.

What happens next?

We will notify you once we get the parcel.

The money will be returned after checking the products; at the latest within 14 days from the moment we receive it.

2 YEARS QUALITY GUARANTEE

If there is no other way and the product is faulty or has any kind of defect caused by production, you need to claim the product defect as soon as possible - luckily we have a simple procedure to handle this kind of issues.

If you are shipping faulty product back to us from UK, please follow the instructions as stated below:

What you'll need:

- faulty product(s) you wish to return

- a guarantee FORM with description of defect, including an order number and your contact information  

- an invoice

- an authorised RETURN LABEL issued and sent to you on your request by our warehouse - this way you PAY ONLY LOCAL POSTAGE ON RETURN! ;)

Procedure:

  1. Notify us forthwith about the defect of the products and the reason for return, preferably in writing via e-mail store@metal-shop.eu or by phone at +420 558 551 211 or +420 603 214 233
  2. Request a RETURN LABEL and you will be sent one via e-mail ASAP
  3. Wrap the product, attach the printed, filled in FORM and proof of purchase (invoice)
  4. Attach the label to the package - which should be visible and not covered with tape or other stickers!
  5. Send a complete package to the address printed on the RETURN LABEL via courier or the post service - you may choose

Terms:

- Warranty period for consumer products is 24 months from the receipt of product by the buyer, unless otherwise indicated (guarantee period is possibly extended for a period during which is the product in warranty repair. In the case of exchange of product for new one within the warranty period, begins a new guarantee)

- Report the return as soon as possible after finding out the reasons, for the defects could be properly assessed and addressed

- When sending back defected products, they must be accompanied by a filled FORM describing the reasons for the return and include the order number as well as your contact information

- Before sending, pack the product properly in order to avoid possible damage during shipment

- All packages should be sent only by a courier or the post service

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

- Damage caused to products during transportation (such damage must be addressed with the carrier during the takeover)

- Products damaged due to normal use and wear over time

- Products damaged due to unusual use or damage caused by the owner

- Damage caused by external events and mishandling

What happens next?

We inform about the state of the complaint as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days after submitting the claim.

We send packages with exchanged or repaired product through the same carrier that was specified in the original order - if not required by a customer differently.
